The Prawer Plan represents the largest single attempt at the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians since the Nakba, targeting the original Arab Palestinian Bedouin citizens of the southern Naqab region who are already the poorest and most marginalised sector of the population, many of whom live in villages unrecognised by the government and who are denied basic services such as electricity, schools and healthcare.
